Pinochle does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. The app contains no code that sends your data to us or to anyone else.

The app saves your game settings and progress on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, these preferences may sync between your own Apple devices through Apple's iCloud service. This data stays within your personal Apple account; we cannot see or access it.
Multiplayer games, leaderboards, and achievements use Apple's Game Center. When you play online, Game Center shows your chosen Game Center nickname and avatar to the other players at your table, and records your scores on Apple's leaderboards. This is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive, store, or process this information ourselves. You can control what Game Center shares in the Settings app under Game Center.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children under 13.
